Holiday Turkeys
We raised just a few heritage breed turkeys this year and they are all spoken for. With so much interest in these holiday favorites, chickens and ducks, we plan to raise more next year. Email us or get on our newsletter mailing list and you will receive info on how to order your poultry for 2010.
Grass-Fed Lamb

We have just a few remaining USDA-inspected cuts of frozen lamb for sale right now. There are a few lamb chops, leg of lamb roasts (bone-in), some sirloin steaks, ground lamb and a small selection of organs. Prices are as follows – call 360-854-9188 or email us for details:

Pastured Pork and Bacon
We are now taking reservations for our delicious pastured pork and bacon. This will be available again starting in late November. You can get it by the USDA-inspected cut (bacon, ham, pork chops, pork roasts, ground pork, organ meat, special cuts) or by the half or whole pig.
